Plantains \ Oil \ Salt \ Tomatoes \ Pineapple \ Onions \ Cilantro \ Lime
Cut plantains into one-inch slices \ Fry in medium to high heat until golden and softened, about two minutes on each side \ Flatten cooked plantain by pressing with heavy saucepan until they are about one quarter-inch thick \ Re-fry flattened plantains until golden brown \ Sprinkle with salt \ Chop up onions, tomatoes, pineapple, and cilantro \ Mix in a bowl and add lime juice from lime \ Serve plantains with salsa on top on an S\\B Platter \ Impress everyone!
